How to use a BookOn book
Whether accessing a Local App (on your computer) or a WebApp (via the browser), the experience is almost always the same.

File If WebTrack is not being used (recording test scores), then EXIT will be the only option under the File menu. If WebTrack is enabled, there will be options for setting up a WebTrack account, backing up data and Submitting.
Contents A drop-down menu, showing the chapters of the book.
Web Links There are 3 links: the main link for the book, a secondary link, and a default one for BookOnPublish.
Help Includes options to Purchase and Activate the book (if locked) and also provides links to Online Help, and information about the book (copyright and User Information).
Search Type in the word or term and click Enter. You can then follow a link to the relevant page.
Where is the multimedia?
That is up to you.
Your existing project can be made to look exactly like the print version... no need to fit your work into our templates. We don't have any templates!! But we can enhance that print version by adding true interactivity and a true multimedia experience.
If you are creating a new project from scratch, we will have a few suggestions for taking advantage of the media elements you have. Navigation, sizing and positioning of pictures and video windows can help to make your project more accessible. We can help.
Purchase and Activation
You can purchase and activate through the Local App, or via the WebApp. There must be an internet connection to verify the keycode.
If doing this via the WebApp, you can follow the steps shown below.
The steps are basically the same, if done via the Local App (within the book itself).
Contents Menu

sections.

If the book is locked, you must purchase a keycode (unique to each user) and Activate, from within the Help menu.
